Arrival Story:
I lived above a barn for a year. Tech was a little ball of fur; a feral barn kitten. I picked him up one day and he purred and purred. He followed me back to my place. I had him for a week and found out he had Feline Leukemia. I took him to the vet who told me I could put him to sleep or try to save him. I spent all my money on medicine and while he is still Leukemia positive, he hasn't been sick once since.

Bio:
Tech's favorite things to do is eat (he's a bit on the pudgy side), play with his stuffed mouse on a string and snuggle. He tends to be territorial about his surroundings and watches out the window for other cats. He also loves corn!

New home and new friend

My human moved me into a new home. At first I didn't like it. It didn't smell right and it was different. Now I love it. There are these things called "stairs" and I go running up and down them everyday. Also I can see out the window better here than my old home. It is a lot of fun.

Along with my new home came a new friend. Every morning at 6am a blue jay comes over to the balcony window and talks to me. "Mine! Mine!" He says. I don't know what he is talking about but he sure likes to talk to me. Yesterday he spent all day going up and down. First he was at the balcony window then he was at the downstairs window. I got really tired running back and forth, up and down the stairs. He is a strange bird.

Adventure!

I did something crazy that really scared me and my human. Sometimes I hang out on the balcony and look over the rail. I like to see if there are other cats around to play with. Last night I saw two cats and I immediately wanted to play with them. I jumped right over the rail from the second floor balcony down to the grass below. After I landed I got kinda scared as I am not allowed to go outside (my human says it has something to do with this thing called leukemia). I ran and hid. My human and her friend looked all over for me and finally found me hiding. I was scared and cold. I still want to go outside to play with the other cats but my human won't even let me out on the balcony anymore. I'm bummed.

Brrrr!

It's been cold at night so sometimes I go to my human's bed and tap her on the nose. She Lifts up her covers and I snuggle next to her and purr because I am nice and warm. Sometimes I wake up and and I am using her arm for a pillow. When her alarm goes off in the morning I get up and am happy because she feeds me!
