Arrival Story:
My daughter was living in a rural area and one Sunday morning she walked out the door and found a tiny kitten on the driveway. She fit in the palm of my hand. My daughter put signs up around the sub-division, but no one claimed her. I took her home, because I didn't want to expose our older cat to any thing and I was going to find her a home. I kept saying "if I don't name her, she won't become part of the family. Two days later, I named her Emily, cause she such a "sweet little girl" and she stayed.

Bio:
Emily, had a major operation when she was 10 weeks old. She had a cyst from a cuteareba fly on her chest. Emily doesn't meow much, she is very shy. After 4 years, she finally starting to snuggle up to sleep with me. She likes to jump out and bat at the dogs when they run by her room.
