Arrival Story:
Colonel Mustard was born from a stray mom. A gentle lady who houses many cats took them in. This lady volunteers for a shelter and houses many, many cats. So much, in fact, that the city forced her to get rid of most of them, which is about 40. If they did not find new families, they would be put to death. So we decided to save one cat from this cruel fate and here he is!
