Cream Tabby

Playing with anything that moves or doesn't move, lasers, bugs, leaves, breaking things, tearing up paper towel rolls, eating Claude's gooshy food, getting into the bathroom, tub or cabinets.

Being carried when he wants to run, not getting to eat Claude's gooshy food, people who sleep past 7.

Favorite Toy:

Favorite Nap Spot:
Anywhere Claude has warmed up for him.

Favorite Food:
Claude's gooshy food and anything on a human plate. Shrimp tails were especially delicious!

Purring like a motor at the lightest touch, removing his own collar if it is too uncomfortable, sneaking into rooms and closets and getting shut in.

Arrival Story:
My mother adopted a little fluffy orange female cat, Chai, about 6 mos. old, from my sister, who is a certifiably crazy cat lady. Well, a few weeks later, Mom felt a bunch of little lumps wiggling around in Chai's tummy... she was already pregnant! For such a young thing, she did really well, birthing 4 kittens on Easter 2012. At some point, they all came down with something. They had head colds and some had diarrhea. The smallest, a tortoiseshell female, passed away at the end of May, but my Mom was able to nurse the 3 cream-colored tabby boys back to health with antibiotics, cat milk, and lots of other goodies. I helped her with them a bit while I was visiting, and of course I fell in love with each one, with such different personalities! The smallest blue-eyed one was timid and quiet, and had the worst of the sickness. The middle-sized green-eyed one was super-friendly and just wanted to curl up on a person's lap and purr. The largest and most playful one reminded me so much of Claude, with its big golden eyes and endless energy. A few months later I went back to visit and brought him home with me as Claude's new playmate.
