Arrival Story:
Khloe should up on our door step as a stray. She started following my dogs and I on our morning walks. The dogs liked her well enough and I couldnt help but feed her. I went on vacation for a week and when I came home my boyfriend said he couldn't find her. When I started searching around the house I finally found her and she was dragging her back legs. After a trip to the vet we found out Khloe had been shot with a BB or pellet in the spine and was now paralyzed. The vet suggested we put her down, and I said I'll think about it. Well a year and a half later, she's still with us. It's been a huge adjustment for the family since she can't control her bladder, my boyfriend doesn't like cats, and she still wants to be outside; but she is starting to walk a little better and I'm building Khloe a handicap accessible catio. She's in great health and as fiesty as ever, my girl dog has actually become very protective over her.
