Arrival Story:
Sakura here! When my mom was in her first year at the Columbus College of Art and Design in the animation department, her dean brought a box of kittens to school that had been born behind his house. He'd kept us in the garage until we were weaned and ready to leave our mom. My new human mom took me home that day. I was only 5 weeks old and had ear mites and fleas, but I was tough and we got all that taken care of!

Bio:
Unfortunately, when my human mom met her new life partner (now husband) and moved in with him and his two cats, I had a really really hard time. Even after 3 years of trying to live with my new brothers, I just wasn't happy and I wanted to have my own territory to myself again. My mom had to make the really hard decision to find me a new home. But she succeeded and on June 17th, 2012, I went to my new home with my mom's friend and her fiance! They've been wanting a cat for a long time, and have always liked me! Hopefully I'll enjoy my new cat parents :) Update: it's now 2014 and I'm doing great in my new home! I LOVE my new human parents, and am a happy healthy kitty again :)
