Shmoozy came to us right after my husband died. Sapphira, his "big sister" (same cattery, 3 yrs. apart) was overcome with grief and stopped eating. I thought a new kitten would be good for her and give the boys (I have three) and I something to focus on...and I'd always wanted a Flamey. So...Shmuel was our consolation during a very difficult time. He became my oldest son's best buddy and has given us all a lot of joy!
