Arrival Story:
Darwin was discovered by daughter A, at the animal hospital where she works. He was brought in with his sister for a check-up before they went to their new owner. Sadly it was discovered he has a stage 4 heart murmur, so sister went on with out him. Daughter B had just moved into her own apartment, and quickly adopted him. One year later daughter B moved and couldn't have a cat where she was staying. So Darwin came to stay with us. (April 1 2009) When daughter C, who had lived with daughter B in the apartment, came to live at home, Darwin became her shadow, and has now moved out with her to attend college. We still consider him part of our kitty Clowder. He is much loved and missed by the rest! Update, they are back from college! Darwin wasn't exactly THRILLED to give up being sole kitty of a household. While away he studied pigeons and bats, and earned a degree in the theory of evolution.......
