A catster mom's call fur help

Hi furrrriends, it's Harrison's mom here. We've been away a little bit, I just returned from the hospital a couple days ago from surgery, where my stay ended up being longer than expected and have been trying to function at home, which has been tough, considering i can barely open my mouth wider than my pinky. But I need your advice.
Everyone knows its been rocky with Harrison and Kitty pretty much the entire time I've had him. And I love them both so much that I've been trying everything. We still even have an appt with another behaviorist Jackson sent us to, because he thought she would be better to help at this point, after three visits with him.
I had a fear, and it happened. While I was in the hospital, somehow Harrison got into Kitty's room. I don't really know what happened, all I know is I got home, Kitty is terrified of the bedroom, she was covered in her own poop, so was the windowsill and curtain that she sits on her perch at. And Harrison's hair was all over the room and he had poo on him too.
I don't don't don't want to give up, but I think it's obvious at this point I need to. I don't even know if I should even try to see what the other behaviorist says but I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle and making Kitty miserable in the process.
I'm not even sure what I'm asking for help with, maybe just someone to say its ok, or someone to lead me in the right direction as far as finding him a home. I cannot bring him back to the shelter. I just can't. And I am afraid no one can love him as much as me, or would care as much, which is another problem too that I need to get over.
His birthday is this week. I'm going to try and make it super special for him. But furrrriends, is there anything you think I can do or any advice you have on where to even start looking to see what the best options are for him?
Meows and purrrrs and thank you.

Kristen, I may have a solution! I will get back to you but Mariko is a friend of mine who lives in your area I believe. She just lost her only kitty Cecil a couple of months ago and she is a WONDERFUL and loving woman. She's such a peaceful person, she's a reiki master, she comes from Tokyo and believes in traditional and holistic pet treatments. Do you want me to talk to her?

We're really sorry about what's happening. But it sounds like Harry is too much for Kitty. You did your best. More than anyone has a right to ask, but this may be one of those times when two cats just can't get along. I have problems with Pepi but I learned to fight back and make sure she knows that I AM THE BOSS and she listens despite weighing twice as much as me. Harry may be better off as an only cat or with one a bit more assertive. I hope Alex can come through. Best of luck for everyone.

ZOINKS! I will try my best. I don't know if she's in bed yet tonight or not because she gets up early to meditate. But I will definitely text your mommy as soon as she answers us okay? I don't want to get your hopes up, we don't know how she feels about getting another kitty but I gave her a link for your page so she can see what a sweet and handsome boy you are.

OML! Poo everywhere. Poor Kitty Pryde. It does sound like you are going through a lot. We have a somewhat similar thing going here between Diamond our dog and Zach. Diamond has became so fragile I'm afraid she is not happy but terrified all the time now. I come home from work and for no reason she'll be hiding under the bed. I just wish i could stop Zach from policing her so much.

Oh no! sounds like a really tough situation. Its hard for us to give advise except feliway, calming collars or yes you can try the thunder jacket too. We will purr very hard that you find a solution to your problem, whatever it might be. Big Purrs from Blade and Moppie.

We have the calming door sachets and they really do work! Its not for the same problem tho... But if you haven't tried yet, they are definitely worth trying.

I've run out of ideas. Please don't ever feel like you're a failure or that it's all your fault. You've done so much for your kitties, and they both love you, if not each other. Whatever you decide will be the right thing to do.

You have done so much to try to get these 2 cats to get along. We will support whatever decision you make as we know you are looking out for both of the cats' welfare and happiness.

We puuuurs for Harrison and Kitty and mom. Wez kinda where you are with me an' Lucy. Mom been tryin' for months and wez keeps fightin' and fightin'. The calming sachets helped in our kitty family. Mom also tried an herbal thingie. Nothing has helped me, though. Mom's daughter may be takin' me. That would be good, but we don't know yet. Seems that yews two is a much higher level of stress than us, though. Course with mom away at the peeplz vet place there was even more stress. Mom, yeus tryin' hard to do the right thing. You haven given it yer all. Harrison may just need a different forever home. Maybe one where you can see him from time to time. Purring that some of the ideas that folks has given may help. Can tell how much yews loves em.

Still no word from my friend Harrison. Maybe she's mulling it over, or maybe she hasn't seen her email yet.

First we hope you are feeling better! now we never have the right answers you have tried everything...Harrison is a handsome kitty and we know you love him so much...sounds like he would do better in a home that he is the only kitty....and will get all of the love & attention he wants & deserves...I know this is so hard on you and only you can make that decision we are here to support you in whatever you decide to do...

Maybe you just need to have Kitty Pride for a while and then get a kitten that she can learn to love and accept...

We wish you luck and the best for have tried & done your best!

hugs and love from all of us

Tanks evfurryfur fur all the comments and suggestions, ya knw, we have tried evfurrything, and love calming collars and sachets the best! But we still need more halps-but mom is looking at it like no matter what happens, I have had so much lovin at my house and will always have it here or at anothfur home since if I did go somewhere, it would only beez where I get a lot of love. Sometimes being an organie is so tuffs! Evfurryone keeps tellin mom that evfurry orange kitty they has known or had has been a troublemaker! Even Jackson said we is born ta makes trouble, but I think it's just us being interesting!
