Arrival Story: The owner of the kittens' mother wanted to have her spayed before the babies were born, so my mom offered to take them and try to raise them.

Bio: The kittens were doing well, all five of them. Most were eating well, the toy poodle thought she was their mom and treated them like their real mom might. They were growing and their fur was getting longer. Unfortunately, the poor babies all died just two days after they were born. They just weren't ready to be away from Mommy.

On day three, we were doing great. We were bigger still and more vocal. Towards the night, we started getting too cold and we didn't want to eat so much. Eventually, we all passed away.

We had grown and we were trying to claw around a little more. We were bigger and a bit fuzzier and looked more like cats than mice. We were all eating better.

We didn't know what was going on. We weren't warm and in our mom any more. We were cold and hungry but we didn't want to eat. But then our surrogate mother, Thumbelina, started licking us and taking care of us. The humans tried to make our real mother take care of us but she wanted nothing to do with us. So then we went to our only home. We were kept warm and given food and individual attention.
