Mom told some friends she would let them know when, well when. The surgery is tomorrow and Mom will be taking her laptop with her. Hopefully everything will be okay. Either way it will be a long day.
We'll be purring that the surgery goes good. Thank You! Thank you for telling us, Zoe. She'll be in our thoughts. All our purrs for Grandma. Hope all goes well. Purrs, Maedia and family Thank You Maedia. Hi Zoe!!! My mom's internet was down ALL DAY LONG (stupid internet company) so we're just seeing this. Lots of purrs, hugs, kisses and everything else we can send to your grandma! Mom will check her email tomorrow but if for some reason your mom doesn't hear from us, (I hope it doesn't go down again), you'll know why. Purring hard for your grandma!!! Lacey, love you and so glad to hear from you. Mom will email you to let you know how that things went and if she gets bored. Love you too Zoe! And yes, tell her to please do. There shouldn't be a problem (hopefully) with internet tomorrow. This was due to a massive power outage all over New England because of the heat. We still had regular power (thank god) but the power went out for like a minute and blew a major transformer for the internet system for the whole northeast. Mainly because our providers is a bunch of boobs! MOL. We should be here! You said Boobs!MOL! You guys really aren't set up for this kind of heat. LOLOLOL, what? we can't say something other than poop?! LOLOL. Well, actually we're very used to this Zoe. It gets pretty darned hot here in the summer and just as humid as it is down there. Every year seems to get worse too. So it's not anything we're not used to. Believe me, New England can be brutal in the summer. My fault, we always thought it was supposed to be cooler up there. Mom wants to find that purrfect spot where it never gets up above 80. Alaska. Seriously, even in the lower part of Canada it gets hot too. Mom said when she was at the falls and Toronto it was 96. The one summer she would have to go there and they are having a heat wave. Mom says "figures" Your Grandmas in our prayers Zoe!! Ooh the pictures are back!!! Fleas are fixed I hope. Yup, tomorrow will be almost 100 and very humid. I guarantee mom will be in the house. MOL Hi my dear sweet BFF we are purring and mom is praying, we will be sure to check in from work tomorrow to see the updates on your grandma as you post them. love ya Sending purrs to your Grandma! Wees hopes efurry thing came out purrfectly for grandma!! Purrs!! She made it through the surgery alright but now they can't find her a room. So, she's still in recovery. Oh well that is good to hear she is through the surgery. hope it doesn't take too much longer to get her in a room. Huurrraayyyyy!!! That's pawsome news Zoe! We're so happy for all of you and for your grandma. Hopefully she gets a room soon. Mom- We have a room! She missed dinner but she's not hungry anyway. She keeps going in and out, you know how it is. Her leg tightening thingy keeps beeping where it is malfunctioning, and her catheter is bugging her. Other than that she's fine. Doc said her Uterus is history now and they took the nodes out too and tested them. According to Dad, they tested neg. for cancer. As long as we had to sit downstairs in the waiting room I think we should have all had leg tightening thingys on! The doc just told Mom on the phone, if she can get up and start walking around they will take the catheter out. Dad is going to get the nurse. This bees Pawsome mews!!! Wees all sooo glad that it turned out soo goods!!! No, GREATS!!! Alright! Good news! The reason why we were so worried, is most people have a 50/50 chance to waking up, Mom had less than that. This is the grumpiest I've seen her in years and it's so cute. When yous gets older, sometimes grumpy bees a good sign!!! ( Other times, just let them sleep, and don't wake up grumpy!! ) Hi my BFF I hope things continued to get better and your grandma got grumpier MOL as she rested and then gets sweeter as she feels more like herself. Praise God it all went well. Love "yall" Sending purrs for your grandma. Glad we saw this before the Mama shuts her computer down. We are happy for you all that the surgery went so well. We agree with the Catfather - grumpy is a good sign! Grumpy is so ready to go, she's two steps ahead of the doc. MOL! They say they are doing her paperwork, so it won't be long now. WOW! That's fast! Already? Really? That's awesome Zoe!!! That's great news. Sorry we're late! We're purring for grandma. Sounds like it went well and there is good news! Pawsome to hear. purring for grandma and hope everything goes well. lacey- u are right internet providers are boobs ours was down cause of the freak of nature thunderstorm on monday it just came back on today. Alex, they used a robot and laser cut to do the surgery. That way it would be quicker and less invasive. We will be getting the official pathology report in two weeks. But they took everything that could be taking out out, just in case. Thanks for the purrs my friends and I think she will heal up nicely as long as Grumpy lives by the rules the nurse gave her. Purrs she feels better soon. We came to purr for the surgery but I sounds like it's all done. I hope she feels better soon. Zoe that is so cool and really great that they did it that way! Her recovery time will be shorter and there's less complications. Last time they were going through the stomach so they could take parts out and test as they go. It took Mom awhile to feel up to speed but this time will be different. She can even swim in a months time. Hey Zoe so glad everything went well, wow it sounds like your grandma will be up and back to routine really fast and I just know it will be a good report when you get the official pathology report. |
