indoors Arrival Story: I used to work at a local clinic. She was found wondering away from her brothers and sisters because she was blinded by her horrible upper respitory infection which had her eyes sealed shut by infection. She was brought in on a friday afternoon and i saw her in the isolation cage. Her face was swolen, she was covered in fleas and her nose was stuffy. I was told that if someone didn't take her home over the weekend and force feed her, she probably would not make it. It took weeks of forcing food and nourishment down her throat for her to recover and to be able to eat and drink on her own. I carried her around with me everywhere, she was so tiny she could have fit in my pocket. I even brought her to church a few times. After clearing away the disbree from her eyes and face several times a day, she was eventually able to see and began to develop an adroable personality. I bathed her often and kept her nails trimmed regularly preventing any major problems with scratching on furnature. Needless to say she has grown up into a healthy wonderful addition to our little family. Lives Remaining: 9 of 9 I've Been On Catster Since:
