I Minko am guilty of making meowmy's feet and sandals at risk for destruction! Race cars and sharks may be the answer!
There is a new contest at the Cat's Meow blog site...for a kitty scratching shape.
This is what I had Pipo type there for me, He is more dextrous than me! Meowmy had Pipo speak for both of us, but is putting it in my diary, since it is mostly about me...MOL!
So this is what was posted there:
We would love a scratching kitty car or didn't we see a Shark, too? Our furbling angel would have loved the car...he chased our unfurbro's hotwheels!
I, Pipo scratch the sisal post, the couch armrest...oh-oh...and some cardboard boxes. Minko scratches those things, too but his favorite thing to scratch is meowmy's sandals while she is wearing them. He pulls hard on their straps, and she worries that he will pull them apart. He likes the leather 's texture. Sometimes he gets a bit carried away, and gets rewarded with a big OUCH!
He would really love a scratching site that doesn't talk back to him...and meowmy would like a place for him to scratch that doesn't hurt her feet!
She wears those sandals like slippers and always has them on...she wonders if he would try to scratch a regular pair of shoes?!?
Pawppy and unfurbros do not get that treatment, so maybe it is a sign of affection? Hmmm.
Anyways this household of kitties certainly would love one of those new scratchers.
Thanks so much for offering us a chance.
Pipo and Minko
Go on over to that site...you can get there from the community page. Cast your own comment for a chance to win one of those cool scratching shapes!
hehehe, I love sandals too! I usually sleep on them though and chew on them when mommy isn't wearing them. If she leaves them in the living room, I'm totally on them. She's always forgetting them and when she finds them, they have River teeth marks on them! All her sandals have River teeth marks on them!
I scratch on the backs on sandals all the time!
I hope you win so your mom doesn't have to buy new sandals! My mom is lucky I haven't thought of scratching hers.
