Someone apparently dropped him off outside my house on purpose since we have no neighbors. I found him crying and clinging to a screen on an outside window. He was so affectionate and soooo happy to find someone! He had an eye infection and bad ear mites, and was a bit skinny, but otherwise in good shape.

Bio:
Cooper is so needy and loving. Loves to be cuddled and held, and loves his brother Finn. They arrived here less than a week apart and are best buddies.
