My dad always said no everytime I asked for a cat. But, a couple of years ago, we were at PetsMart and saw this pure white cat and we just had to go and pet him. We learned his story. He came from a little old lady that was a cat collecter. She had over 100. She fell one day and broke her hip, and when the paramedics came, they just let all the cats out. Animal control came by the next day to catch as many as possible, and he was one of them. He was so sweet when we were holding him. He kept rubbing his cheeks against us and leaning against our chests and purring. So.. we got him. He's my first and only cat so far.

Today has been an easier day. I dare not let them know how I feel. Just trying to make the best of it. I'm giving lots of purrs and meows. They've been treating me extra special too, lots of cuddle time.

My kidneys and liver are failing quickly & I'm dropping weight rapidly...
This could be it.. but I'm being strong for my princess Amanda, I can't let her think I'm weak or just giving in.

I've met him a few times when they brought him in the house on the coldest days. His name was Paco, and he was the neatest turtle I've ever met... the only one as a matter of fact.
They found him still in the grass, all four legs and his head sticking straight out. Poor guy, nobody saw it coming. They buried him next to his favorite prickly pear plant.
