Siamese Kittens for Sale in Iowa: Breeders List 2025

siamese kitten playing

Catster advocates for adopting before shopping, though we fully understand there are many reasons for seeking a breeder. So, we encourage it to be done the right way. We have not personally visited or investigated all of the breeders below. We have put the top-recommended all in one place for you to get in touch and make the best decision for you. Learn more about our stance and how to choose the right breeder here.

Vocal, loving, and gorgeous, Siamese cats are some of the most popular and well known of the purebred cat breeds. Unfortunately, Siamese lovers in Iowa don’t have many breeders to choose from, which means the wait for a kitten could be long.

In addition, buyers who want to pick up their new kitten in person could have a bit of a drive depending on where in the state they are located. Even with minimal options, you should make sure you feel comfortable that the breeder you choose is responsible and selling you a healthy Siamese kitten before you buy. Take a look at our top two Siamese cat breeders in Iowa.

The 2 Siamese Cat Breeders in Iowa

1. Dunroven Farms

Dunroven Farms

📍 Odebolt, IA

This farm-based cattery has been in business for almost 20 years, breeding both Siamese and Balinese cats. They ship kittens all over the country and receive many pictures and reports from happy new owners! This breeder has a wide range of Siamese colors available, including flame point kittens, lynx point kittens, lilac point kittens, seal point kittens, and chocolate point kittens.

This is a larger cattery that generally has several litters available at a time. Kittens receive regular attention and socialization during the time they’re with the breeders. All breeding cats are tested negative for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV).

2. Apple Lissa Cattery

📍 Farmersburg, IA

This cattery breeds and sells only Applehead Siamese and Balinese kittens. These traditional Siamese cats are bigger, more muscular, and have rounder heads when compared to the modern version of the Siamese. All breeding cats in this cattery are negative for feline leukemia virus (FeLV), and kittens are raised indoors with the family.

The kittens are well-socialized by the time they go to their new homes at 10 weeks. Smart, beautiful, and loving are all words used to describe their pets by satisfied customers of this cattery! Applehead Siamese kittens are not as commonly bred as the modern Siamese, and Iowans who love these cats are fortunate to have this cattery available to them.
