Excited Cats advocates for adopting before shopping, though we fully understand there are many reasons for seeking a breeder. So, we encourage it to be done the right way. We have not personally visited or investigated all of the breeders below. We have put the top-recommended all in one place for you to get in touch and make the best decision for you. Learn more about our stance and how to choose the right breeder here.

Persian cats are one of the oldest, most distinguished cat breeds. Their rich history is due to generations of beautiful specimens that changed slightly throughout their countries of influence. Today, the breed is still going strong, and there are a few designer cat breeds that use the Persian to create new looks.

If you live in North Carolina and are curious about breeders around you, we’ve done the hard work to help you out. Here’s a list of breeders in your state that you can contact about upcoming kittens.
