How to Name Your Cat

First, you can go with your cat’s appearance. This can be the color or pattern of their fur, such as Marmalade for a ginger cat. Or if your cat is a little roly-poly, go with something like Pumpkin.

Second, consider your favorite artists — bands, authors, songs, TV shows, books, etc. It can also be as easy as naming your cat after your favorite Halloween movie character, like Jack or Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Finding a name that suits your cat’s peculiar quirks can work too, like Void for a cat that likes to stare off into space. Sometimes you just need to pair your imagination with one of your favorite things!
