I hope everyone had a niceholiday break and that your new year is starting off good. My holidays were uneventful. I did get a bunch of mice, bell balls, catnip and twisties for Christmas. Needless to say, the twisties were my favorite:) I didn't do much. My family went to the cabin for a week and left Christmas Day after dinner. The nice thing about this time though is that I wasn't alone the entire week. Kelsey came to visit me on Tuesday and Brett came Wedneday, Thursday and Friday. So really, I only had 3 days where I didn't get to see anyone and that's not bad. I was happy to see mom though and I know she was equally as happy to see me. She gave me lots of hugs and kisses:) We played with my twisties for a while too and she kicked the dogs out of the room so Echo didn't bother us. I love when it's just mom and me time.

It's back to the same ole, same ole now. Dad has a new position and he will be off nights and weekends now so that's nice. Mom has her knee surgery next week and will be off work for 4-6 weeks so I'll get to spend lots of time with her. Please say a prayer that all goes well for her. This is a replacement for her and she's nervous. I'll post once she's home and settled and let you know how she is. Until then have a great week and try to make the most of the new year.
