My daughter had a summer job at a Sonic drive-in and saw a kitten trying to get in the dumpster. She snuck her home and hid her in her bedroom for a few days before Mom found out. Her name is based on where she was found! The daughter left for college not too long after that and Mom and Sonika bonded.
