Cleo's Life

We are still here

What a really exciting time we have been having. Mum has been too busy to paw anything on the blog but we are having SUCH fun. We moved to ournew little house and when we had been here for a coupel of weeks Mum said "would you like to go outside?" She opened the back door and - well - I can't tell you the excitement, Ella and I went out very carefully and sniffed around the little garden, then rushed back in. But gradually we got more confident and we were in and out all the time. We met some other cats and they are quite friendly. There used to be a big grey tabby who sat on my wall bu I have convinced him it IS MY wall and he doesn't come around so much any more. At first Mum would open the door for us, but then yesterday two of Mum's friends came round and made a littlehole in the bottom of the door that is just for us. We can jump in andout whenever we want to. It is soooo much fun. Apparently there is a little flap to it but Mum has propped it open - she says shw is letting us get used to it. Hopefully she will be able to keep us in touch more now things have calmed down - although all her books are still in boxed under big waterproof things in the bak garden!!

Moving

Well it is all go here - there are boxes everywhere and just when we climb into one - Mum comes along and throws us out to put things in - says she doesn't want to pack either of us in a box cos we might be hurst - but what are boxes for! Anyway she hasn't got a lot of time to write our diaries but we are managing to sleep in our hammocks and keep warm and cosy for the while.

Just when I thought Mum was going to settle down and write my thoughts for me the world went mad. She is rushing around, there are lots offlat cardboard boxes in the hall and apparently we are moving again. Mum promises this is the last time and says we will like living in a bungalow - says there is a garden just for us. Not sure about that haven't been outside for years. Anyway we all settle down in the evenings and snuggle but Mum says she is too tired to write anything much. Apparently we will be in our new place in a few week's time so might have to wait a while before can keep my pals updated.
