Guess what Mum was doing today on my birthday? She was at a temple in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, called Wat Koh, feeding stray cats. She also met Madame Loan at the temple - she feeds the cats, gives them medicine for their illnesses and gets them speyed and neutered. She has an organization called Phnom Penh Animals Welfare Society (PPAWS) which is on Facebook. You need to search for the full name.

Mum took photos but will probably not get a chance to post them u til she returns to Australia.

I'm guessing you were right there with her the whole time. I bet it was pretty, but doesn't the local cats talk in a different language? Ugghh....I hate barriers!

Look forward to seeing the pics, I know it had to be beautiful.

Happy Birthday, Blackie! Wow, that's wonderful what your mommy did and sounds really furtabulous too! We hope we get to see pix soon! Zoe, I think the language barrier is broken once we reach the Bridge! At least I hope so, because we all share here no matter whofur we are!!~ Blackie, pawty on pal!!~
