Arrival Story:
We chose Daisy from the humane society when she was only 9 weeks old. She was in the back of the cage sitting ever so quietly, cuddled up with her sister. When I saw Daisy I knew she was the one for our family. I wish we could have taken her sister too but unfortunately we couldn't. We brought her home 2 weeks before my son's 3rd birthday. Daisy has been a great addition to our family and we love her very much!

Bio:
Daisy loves to chase you around the house and play hide and seek. No kidding! She is mainly an indoor cat but she goes outside with a harness and leash. She enjoys being outdoors during the late spring, summer and early fall months only. She loves to hide in the shower curtain or any curtain for that matter and jump out at you! Daisy is a big ham. She abosoultely loves having her picture taken and will follow you around if you have the digital camera out and will sit htere and pose for you. She is alot of fun to have around. :)

Daisy's Thoughts

I'm feeling sooo much better!

October 16th 2008 3:47 pm   [link to this entry]

I have now finished all of my antibiotics and I am back to my old self again....ahhh. Mommy crushed up the medicine into my treats so I wouldn't know it was there instead of me haveing to swallow the pill whole. I am still on my special food and I really don't mind it at all!

I'm Home Now!

She was supposed to stay the night but they managed to get her tests done and she has a bladder infection plus crystals in her bladder so she is now on antibiotics and a special diet for one month then will re-assess her again.

Daisy is in the Animal Hospital

September 29th 2008 11:46 am   [link to this entry]

After taking Daisy to the animal hospital, the vet suggested she stay in. They are not sure what is wrong with her so they want to run a few tests to check for: bladder infection, crystals or stones in the urethra or bladder cancer :(
