Arrival Story:
I'd just lost my precious Anton who would have been such a great cat, great with that Dante' kind of greatness. But unfortunate outside events took him at only a few months old. La Reaux was either his younger sister or cousin. Partial to solid black cats, i was in the market for another boy, in hopes of getting another one in a million Dante' or Anton. All the kittens i had to choose from were skiddish from lack of human contact. Kept inside a pen with plenty of things to hide around, they all scattered and ran. Only little tiny black La Reaux wasn't hiding. She watched my every move with curiosity, showing no signs of fear. When i picked her up she didn't fight or seem uncomfortable. Noticing she was a girl i was hesitant, but she was the only one who seemed like she wanted to be mine. It has been some years since i had a female cat. I had forgotten they could be so predatorial.
