Wow, this is a really big first for me. It's my first Bridge Birthday! I miss my family. And boy does my mom REALLY miss me!! I like being an angel. It's fabulous! I thought having fur was great!! Just wait until you try wings!!
My mom adopted a new kitty after I went to the Bridge; her name is Story. My mom has been spending a lot of time working with her. My human brother is the one who had the most difficulty adjusting to her, even though he is an old boy now in college. He grew up with me as his only cat his whole life. So he was just used to me and my personality and temperament. Story is very different from me, but still loving. It has been quite the change for my brother. It's nice to know that my human brother loved me so much. And I'm glad my brother is finally getting used to the new kitty, and liking her for who she is, since all cats are special even if they are different!
I have to go now!
Stay safe, & take care everycat!

Purrs yes all kitty's have their little things just like humans. Sometimes it takes a little longer many purrs Story sounds sweet.
Great to hear from you pal. Glad you are having fun with your wings. Isn't it cool how special and unique every kitty is? Story looks like she really loves her new home. Has your Mom taken her strolling yet?
Story will be getting my old stroller, but I think she will only be strolling at my granny's like I did, if she likes it. Unfortunately at our house, there are unleashed dogs and unneutered male cats and a female cat. Story is spayed, but my mom is worried the outdoor cats and dogs might be unfriendly to her. So it's a bummer. But hopefully she will enjoy strolling at my granny's. I loved it!
Story is sweet, active, playful, and talkative. Me, I'm sweet, very quiet, and very slow moving. I was like that even as a young cat. So my human brother and dad were only used to cats like me, because i was the only cat they ever lived with, with the exception of my kitten brother Markus, who sadly died as a baby. My mom grew up with many different cats her whole life, so Story wasn't any surprise for my mom. My mom and Story bonded right away. As a matter of fact, probably when Story was still at the shelter waiting on hold for a few days for all the people who promised to adopt her, but never showed. That's how my mom knows that Story was meant to be at our house.
