I'd been looking to take in a rescue kitty, and so had rescued 2 kittens who both passed away at only a few weeks old from URIs after trying very hard to nurse them back to health, leaving me devestated. Shortly thereafter, I found him at a local shelter and it was love at first sight! He's been my best buddy ever since.
