No, I am not dead.

Yes, you heard right! I'm alive and back on Catster. I had a *prolonged* hiatus from the site because of some life issues...such as moving house, Mum getting a dog and a shortage of tuna in the house.

I'll post again with my new year's resolutions, so keep those poppers peeled for that.

Party Fun!

Hiya kitties!

Yesterday Pepsi and I had the best joint birthday party ever! It was so much fun, I tell you! Mummy cooked us these delicious treats and we got these great presents. I got an al-foil ball which makes these smashing crinkling noises every time I hit it! Pepsi got a crinkly paper ball and they are both so much fun to play with! We also got some prizes for the games we won as well. We played musical statues, Pin the Tail on the Cat, Pass the Parcel and Treat Hunt! It was great!


Mummy cooked some yummy treats for us. The treats she made were:
Tuna-Veggie Balls
Milk-soaked Biccies
Healthy Bites
Honey Casserole

Mm! We have some leftovers today so Mummy is going to give us some later on, I am looking forward to it! The party was the best party I've ever had!

SCALDED BY HOT TEA

Hello Catster!

Today I have some interesting news. A cup of hot tea fell on me! Yes, that's right! HOT tea! Let me tell you how this happened:

Mummy was eating yogurt next to HER mummy as they looked at a photo album. I love yogurt, so I crawled over from where I was sitting on the other lounge. Mummy's mummy (if that makes sense) moved her steaming cuppa away from me as I moved in for the kill (the yogurt).

But I was scared when she moved the cup and I stepped forward and put my back leg into the hot tea! It was full, by the way. It was so hot and burny, I threw the mug of tea off of my foot and it splattered everywhere, all over the table, the floor and all over me! I felt all steamy and burny so a ran away from there, but OW it hurt!

Some tea fell on mummy's feet so I hope she's ok as well. She made a funny yowling sound like a cat when it fell on her feet! Anyway, mummy wrapped me in a towel and rubbed the tea off of my fur, but it still hurts a little. I'm not burnt or anything, just sore on my stomach, tail and paws.

It was a very eventful day! But I have my joint birthday party with Pepsi to look forward to in a few hours, so expect me to post again soon with the latest!

I am ashamed to say that I haven't updated for -- wait for it -- OVER ONE WHOLE YEAR!
Oh my catness, I am so sorry. I wanted to update but mum kept forgetting. Silly humans with their pea-brains.
Anyway, my birthday was a few days ago, hip hip hooray! I'm getting a joint birthday party with Pepsi on the weekend, I will scratch mum's leg to ensure she gets some photos!
Again, friends, I am so sorry for not updating, but I shall try to be more active form now on!

5-10-07 OFFICIAL COUNTDOWN: 26 days 'till Halloween!

Dear diary,

Just a very fast entry today, as I don't have much time! Today was just a normal day (with the incredible thought of Halloween looming ever closer! Yay!) with normal everything. Mum went to her friends' house for a horse ride, so now she smells farmy! I'm bored...so bored...I might go nap-nap. I love going nap-nap at 5pm! Haha! I really must go now, but I'll update more tomorrow!

The Ghost of Halloween Past...

4-10-07 OFFICIAL COUNTDOWN: 27 days 'till Halloween!

Dear diary,

Do you like my snazzy countdown above? I got the idea from another kitty's diary (sorry, I can't remember who!) and I can't wait! Mum is going to dress up as a witch with a ghost mask and I'm going to be an unlucky, spooky black cat! Oohh, just thinking about it makes me all tingley.
Anyway, I'll keep you posted on the Halloween celebrations here in Australia.

This morning, when mum was watching the Morning Show, I was impy. I ran around and meowed and meowed and meowed! Did I mention meowed? It was fun being a freaky cat because I have to practice when people come trick-or-treating! Man, am I going to scare their socks off! Muahahaha! I'm going to pose for some photos soon with Chickadee (Pepsi). Like I may have mentioned before, I'll be a black cat and Pepsi will be dressed in a pumpkin suit Mum got last Halloween. He'll be cute in that, not scary! But, maybe he's secretly practicing in the cat kennel to be scary. Auntie Margaret went away yesterday, and I must say that it was fun having her here.

I've got to go now, I'm going to try and escape and be FREE!

I don't usually say this...but SORRY!

Dear diary...

I don't usually say this, but for the record, I'M SORRY. I haven't updated for so long...centuries? Maybe. But I'm back to updating on my favourite website, Catster. Arghh! A few days ago Mummy's Auntie Margaret arrived for a three day stay. I don't like her much...but I've warmed to her in these past hours. She's leaving today and I must say, my eye is not dry for now I won't have anyone to run away from. But life is a riddle which I must unscramble. I sound weird, don't I? That's because it is HALLOWEEN MONTH! Boo! Guess what? Mummy is going to take a piccy of Pepsi and I for Halloween! I don't need a costume, because I am already black...but Mummy got Pepsi a pumpkin outfit. Hehe.
Anyway, I've got to go now...my mouth's watering for my daily kitty biscuits!

Dear Diary

Can you BELIEVE it? Mummy wants me to pose for a Valentine's photo with a big chocolate heart around my neck! I really disagree with that. Talk about pushy! Well, since I only have 2 photos like Pepsi, we will need to get more taken. I hope I become cat of the day!
Last night I slept under Mummy's bed, but she found me before she went nap-nap and so I had to go to the garage which is where I always sleep. Pepsi joined me soon afterwards, only to enforce a game of Hide and Seek, which I couldn't resist. Of course, Pepsi won the majority of the times, because he's about 3 years younger than I am! But I had fun nevertheless.
Then we played a short, before bed game of tag. I didn't think I was enjoying it, but it was actually really fun in retrospect.
It took me a while to get to sleep, as Pix kept purring to himself. After a short drink and some of Dr Harry's recommended diet food, I dropped off and slept like a log until the sun rose up. This morning I had a good run in the hallway of the house, and did a bit of play fighting with Pix. Mummy wants to take some really pretty photos of us today.
Well, I guess I''m all set to have the paparazzi stuffed in my face.
You'd think I was a celeb or something! Pepsi just looks gorgeously into the camera, with an I-am-so-very-innocent look. I have some of the top companies doing my fur. Such as Maybelline New York. I also use Fructis fur gel. Ok, it IS for humans, but they promised an even SILKIER shine! I couldn't resist it! What do I use for my gorgeous, enhanced face, I hear you ask?
Well, sometimes I use Garnier or Avon, but it's my little secret!!
I've gotta go now. Pix is calling me!

Hi there! I'm Sylvester. Can you believe it? I'm on Catster! Yes, owner's putting up more photos for all to see. I look very handsome, don't I? Now, what has been happening to me recently, I hear you ask! Well, I have had to go to the cat hotel TWICE with my pal, Pepsi because owner went on an aeroplane! She said she had fun on both holidays. Lucky duck! Oh well. I like the cat hotel! I can meet other kitties and curl up on freshly cleaned blankies. Ahhh...that's the life. Hey, you know what?
