Arrival Story:
I lived with my animal family in Wyoming for a few years. My family consisted of Secret (a very fat cat, who I liked to harrass), Breeze (a silly golden retriever, who did nothing but slobber on me), Storm (a hyper sort of mutt, who was my best friend), and Dana who was our owner. In November of 2004, Julie (my new Mom) came to live with us. The following year, Dana decided to sell the house and did not know what to do with all of us critters. Julie had said that she couldn't imagine life without me. Dana knew that I would be in good hands, because it was obvious that Julie adored me!

Bio:
I was born in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area. The people in my first home called me Millie. Unfortunately, someone in my family was allergic to me and I needed some dental work, since my breed is known to have bad teeth. That's when I came to live with Dana and her animal family. Dana made sure I had the best medical care, and decided to call me "Whisper", since my new sister's name was "Secret", and I was rather quiet. When my new Mom (Julie) and I moved away from Cheyenne, I lived with my Grandma Carole and Grandpa Bob for a short time. Like all Grandparents do, I was spoiled by them! They gave me all the milk, toys and attention I ever wanted! When Mom and I moved into our new home in Fort Collins, Mom didn't like me throwing up on the new carpet (or in her shoes), so I don't get milk anymore.

Farewell my furry cousins...

Sad to say that my cousin, Rafiki, has gone to kitty heaven. Hope he has lots of human hair to lick on and laundry lids to lay on.

Also, my cousin, Samantha, is in the process of adopting a new family, they will be quite lucky with a sleek girl like her!

Uncle Steve still has Mufasa to keep him entertained.

Good news about Grandma's Oscar, his tumor is benign and Ollie is fine after having one tooth pulled. They are fat and sassy as usual!

Secret hiding spot exposed!

Wouldn't you know it, as soon as I find a dark and cozy spot, Mom finds it! Why she decided to clean out her closet, I'll never know! But the black suitcase is no longer an ideal place to hide, since it's not in the corner anymore. Don't get me wrong, I still like Mom's closet, even if she gets frustrated at me for sleeping in the pile of laundry. I actually blend in. Mom must have walked past me 2 or 3 times before she actually saw me!

After all this inspection nonsense going on at the house, I overheard the inspector saying that I was FAT!!! How dare he! Everyone knows I'm just fluffy! Anyways, Mom put me on the scale recently and I am down to 10.8 pounds!
