The World Beyond My Backdoor

I LOVE my new backyard! I even have a new girlfriend that lives next door! I wait every morning until Mom's awake, then I run to the backdoor and yell so she remembers to let me outside. Sometimes she forgets and I have to wait to go out until she gets home from work at night. So I always try to remind her every day. There has been no sunshine to roll in lately. It must be hiding behind the clouds. I wish it would come back cuz I need a good ray to roll around in so I can get my coat really nice and dusty. Mom doesn't like it when we roll in the dirt but it's MY fur!, so I'm not sure why she even cares!

I have *so* much more freedom in my new house. Bianca & Grrr get their own room during the daytime cuz Mom says me, Ebin & O'Malley torment them. Whatever. They're old. I kinda like it anyway cuz then they're not around griping at us to "slow down" & "be quiet". They still come out when Mom gets home, so we still get to hug them. I like to snuggle with Grrr, so I kinda miss him when he's gone but I get over things pretty quickly. YAY!! Summertime! Let's chase those butterflies, kitties!!!!

What Lies Deep In Crack and Crevices

Mom and Dad have successfully been able to keep Ebin & I away from the carpet project we were working on under the dining room table. I think I'm going through withdrawls from lack of eating carpet...

I have found a new curious spot to occupy my time with. It is the courners of the wall/ bathtub in the bathroom. I can see a crack forming between the wall & white stuff (Mom called it Caulking) and I think bugs live down there. Or maybe it's a mouse!! I don't know cuz I can't get into the cracks so I just keep digging at them, trying to make them bigger. I've been at it for several weeks now and nothing has changed. OH WAIT! One time the cracks were wet but I don't think it was from me, it was from Mom's shower. One of these days, I'm going to find out where these cracks and spaces lead to. It is what I was born to do. It's my MISSION!! Just call me "The Crackodile Hunter" Hey! Maybe there is a crocodile in there!! NOW I'm even more curious...
