Mia loves to play fetch. She is forever carting her butterfly around the house in hopes of playing. Pia is a love-bug and just loves a good snuggle!
Mia says her pet peeve is her sister, Pia. Pia has none, she's always a happy girl!
Mia's favorite toy is her "baby-baby butt-butt" (a small stuffed butterfly). Pia plays with lots of toys and has no favorite.
Favorite Nap Spot:
Mia sleeps between me and hubby (under the blankets, of course) at night; Pia has a comfy bed on my nightstand.
After losing four kitties over a period of two years, and spending enough time grieving our loss, we decided that Misty, Mandy, Shelby & Silly would want us to fill our home with the pitter patter of paw sounds ...
Our prayers were answer at the MSPCA when we found Cry-Baby (now named Mia) and Dusty (now named Pia) in mid-2003. They were just 5 weeks old and so tiny and cute!
The morning of our adoption, Mia and Pia were there with their two other siblings ... upon our arrival, however, Pia was the only one left in the cage. She was so little and obviously sad all alone! Mia and their other two sibilings had been taken from the cage and were being processed for adoption ... :-(
THEN suddenly, Mia was returned to the cage!
When we saw the cage door open and Mia being placed back inside, we scoffed her and Pia up as quick as that!!
Within 30 minutes, we were the proud parents of these adorable girls!
