Time Flies!

Wow....I can't believe a month has gone by already!

Mommy has been busy with so many things that she hasn't had the time to be my typist for a diary entry lately. Anyhow, it's been a busy month for both of us!

I have a new boyfriend! His name is Apollo, he's 11 and VERY handsome. He's such a sweetie too...writing romantic emeows and posts on the forums. It's enough to make a kitty swoon and even blush a little!

Mommy and I are also keeping track of the picks in the football pool for some of us Catster kitties and our owners. If any of you are interested in joining, the details are on the "What I Love About Catster" Forum under the "Football 101" thread. It's a lot of fun and Mommy loves to play with some program called Excel when keeping track of everycat's picks!

I'd talk about Mommy's adventures this month too, but it's all boring human stuff. No cat cares about THAT stuff!

Anyhow, I'm going back to keeping the home safe from pesky dustbunnies and errant bits of lint! Will write soon. :)

I have a new friend!

I've been talking to a really cool cat named Ethan. He's from Ohio, and is SO adorable! I'm not sure if I really am for all this crush stuff or not, though...my mommy thinks it's a little on the silly side.

Ruben also gave me a rosette today! He's an adorable tuxedo cat, but apparently he's "taken"...oh well! One still can't have too many friends though. :)

I had a good day today. I killed a little horsefly that had sneaked into the house, did some sleeping and was SO happy to see Mommy when she got home from work!

Well, I'm off to make sure that the house is horsefly-free! I'll have Mommy take some more dictation later. :)

I'm so ready for some football!

Mommy and I just joined a football pool with the gang from the Forums! This is my first time, but I know that Mommy's done this before and has had a lot of fun. I can't wait to get to know some of the other kitties in the pool and have some fun! Maybe some of us can organize a virtual Super Bowl party at the end of the season!

This was a good weekend. Although Mommy went out for most of yesterday, today was great. We watched a DVD and we cuddled a lot. I always like Sundays with my mommy!

Not much else is going on. My ear is clearing up nicely, so I hope that everything will be OK when I go to the vet on Saturday! Keep your paws crossed! :)

Life as a new 8-year-old....

Hi, everyone! I just turned 8!

I know in adult years, it means that I'm an old fogie, but I'm still running all over the place like a happy kitten...and driving Mommy nuts sometimes!

The latest that's been going on with me? I had an ear infection a couple of weeks ago. I know that Mommy didn't want to do it, but she had to clean my ear out and put medicine in there every night. It felt weird and I didn't like it, but at least my ear is feeling better now. :)

I have to go back to the vet soon, and that's going to stink. I hate going into that box when I have to go in the car! Mommy says that it's to keep me safe though.

It looks like I even made some new friends on here! I know I can't wait to hear from all my new buddies!
