Arrival Story:
I felt that our cat, Thomas, was lonely at home all day while we were at work so we started considering adopting another cat. We were visiting my parents, who take in every kitty that needs love, and Jeffrey was their most recent addition. He was a stray found by my sister and she brought him to live at my parent's house. He was only 3 months old and had such a bright personality. We watched him carry toys around in his mouth, pounce on other kitties, he was all play, play, play. So we took him home with us. When he saw Thomas for the first time, he ran right to him and rubbed his face against Thomas as if giving him a hug. Then he checked out all of his toys and helped himself to the food dish. He wasn't shy at all and just made himself at home. Thomas was a little taken back but was polite. Within no time they were like real brothers. They would play together, nap together, and had disagreements too, but when it came down to it, they had each other's backs.
Bio:
Jeffrey was my sunshine. He was the naughtiest kitty I've ever had but made me smile everytime I saw his sweet face. Thomas and I grieved together when we lost Jeffrey to FIP on Feb 9, 2003. We loved him and treasure the time we had with him on this Earth.

Wow! I'm so surprised to see Jeffrey has made cat of the day. His is missed so very much. Having his place here on Catster is such a joy.
