D.G. just walked up to me one day and meowed. I fed him a couple times but he appeared to belong to someone in the neighborhood, as he was so friendly. There was a kitten running around that was gray like Deeg so I figured he was the father. I started calling him the Daddy Gato (cat in Spanish). One day he followed me back to my house and never really left. For a long time he just hung around outside but not too long after that, he ventured in the front door, dogs and all! Nothing bothered him and nothing still does. I think he's really a dog in a cat's body and so does he! D.G. is short for 'Daddy Gato'.
