Meowing all over the place here!
Spring has been trying to box the bad, bad weather away, but the dark clouds keep coming back and rain down on us. NO FUN! What kind of life is that for outdoor mousers? Since our hoomin had all us kitty girls spayed, she does not let us into the house anymeowre. That stinks! We like to snuggle with her but even more so with our barky sibs. Those big hairy things make such great cushions! Oh well...I know that she misses us, too. I heard her say that.
This weekend, we had the hoomin kids (daughter & husband)with their 2-year old non-furry little one come visit. That little booger started squeaking every time he saw us. Meow. At least someone is still excited to see us.
When the window was open, we overheard the big news: There will be a new, hoomin kitten joining the family this year! YAY! That will be exciting for everyone, even us. I hope we get to play with it, too.
I will meet with all my purrmachines and make plans what to get it for a gift. When do hoomin babies start eating food like mousies? Do they catch their own, or will we have to do that for it? Do they like chipmunkies, too?
It takes so long for the hoomins to hatch. Do they not want to or what is the problem? We have to learn a lot. When the first blond, hoomin kitteh arrived, we were new and little ourselves and did not care about all that. Now we are adults and want to act it.
I have never seen a hoomin litter box. Do they use it secretly in a hidden place? On the carpet is a no-no, even for the itsy bitsy hoomin. I think they have secret rituals that they keep away from our eyes... Weird, weird, weird!
We will definitely come up with nice gifts, and if we get them early, then we don't have to worry about doing it all last minute. A well stored mousie tastes especially good. The fragrant scent and yummy flavor of an air preserved mousie is breath taking. Everyone will be happy.

That's exciting news! I bet the new hoomin kitten will love a delicious mousie! What kitten wouldn't?
