Snowy's Story

Hi! My name is Miss America Meatball Meower the Whale. (Snowy for short.) We love Snowy and her cute little nickname. :) The day we got Snowy was one of the best days ever. She was my favorite, right from when I first saw her. We got 3 other cats with Snowy: Blackie, Scotty, and Charlie. We got these 4 on October 19, 2007. We loved them all!!! Later in the year, specifically the Winter, we went up to the barn(they are barn cats. Dad won't let them inside the house), we found Charlie laying in the cat house, dead. He died from the cold. Later, in 2008, Scotty got run over, leaving Snowy and Blackie by themselves. Although, they WERE the cutest. :) Eventually, during the Summer, we went away for vacation for TWO AND A HALF WHOLE WEEKS!!! And when we got back, Snowy and Blackie were both gone. A couple days later, we found out that both cats had gone to the neighborhood across the street, where 2 different families found them. The first family, who found Blackie, had brought him to the Humane Society. If we wanted him back, we would have had to pay for him. We never ever got Blackie back. :'( The second family, who found Snowy, had brought her to the local Animal Hospital, because apparently she looked a little sick. :( We had just gotten a new cat carrier before vacation, and we used it to bring Snowy back home, without having to pay a penny. It was a very happy day for us. :) A few months later, (fallish-winterish) we got 5 more cats from our relatives. One, named Dwight, had 8 kittens: and they all lived. I had 2 favorites: Roxy and Little Bear. When Roxy was about 4 months old, I watched her get run over: my own mother hit her! And on March 14, Dwight had more more kittens. Just 2 days later, (March 16, to be exact) Snowy had 4 kittens of her own! We were filled with joy. We think she may have mated with Little Bear :) By July, We only had 3 cats left: Cookie and Misti, (2 of Snowy's kits) and Snowy herself. Then, for some strange reason, Snowy was gone! She had gone missing, and we never saw her again. Cookie ran away after that, and then Misti got run over. And that is what makes me soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sad. :'(((((( I cried so hard. And what's more, we had over 33 cats in the past 2 years. It was sad to know that all of them got away from our house somehow. Every night for the next couple weeks after Snowy disappeared, I had dreams about Snowy, and that she came back. But that will never happen. :'(
