The results came back from the second battery of blood tests the vet gave me. And they were all negative. I do not have pancreatitis. I am not deficient in folate. I do not have an overgrowth of bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract.
I am a very sick kitty, but in the laboratory results I look remarkably healthy.
The vet is now suggesting X-rays to look for any masses that he cannot feel. Meanwhile, Mom continues to feed me with a syringe, because I am now refusing even to lick at the baby food.

I don't want to scare you and I know how stressful this is, but how about doing a sonogram? I died from cancer that was growing around my stomach and the vet couldn't find it any other way. A sonogram is probably the best way to get all the information you can get to find out what's wrong.
I agree, an ultrasound is the way to go. Oh Jasper, please eat! we're purring hard for you sweetheart!
Oh Jasper we hate to hear this, we pray you will eat and get better! We know your Mom is doing everything she can, please eat and feel better....
We're purring for you, too, Jasper! Prrrrrrrrrrs....
Sending lotsa purrs.
This makes us very sad, Jasper! Something is going on with you and we're sorry the vet can't figure it out. Sending mega purrs and hoping you will start eating soon!
Mom agrees with you, Sarge and Alex. She thinks that the X-ray will not show anything definitive and after she spends the money on that, the vet will then suggest an ultrasound. So we're going to skip the X-ray, and I have an appointment for an ultrasound on Tuesday.
I did join the sibs at breakfast this morning and ate a bit by myself.
sending you purrs - you know Maizy had gotten sick one time & would not eat & had to spoon feed her, and then whtever it was, went away - the vet never did figure out what the issue was as tests were normal.
We're sending out mega prayers and purrs for you Jasper ~ your in our thoughts always
