Mom Called me a Brat!

I just got this great idea and thought I would try it out. I started climbing all over Mom's clothes. The ones hanging in her closet. I made holes in some and pulled down many other. I made a pretty big mess and lots of noise. And, oh yeah, did I mention that this was at 1:30 am? So Mom got up and tried to find me. I was hiding inside one of her shirts which was still hanging on a hanger. But, just when I thought I was safe, the shirt slipped off the hanger and my hiding place was revealed. Mom picked up most of the clothes and hangers and then picked me up and brought me back to bed. She said I was a little brat.

Yup, you are right. Cause when she said it to me she was laughing and petting me and wasn't angry at all. She is just hoping it doesn't become a regular nightly occurrence.

Little snot! Ouch! I agree, brat sounds nicer. Mom has still not dared to check out her Team Canada Hockey Jersey. If she finds holes in it, she might get angry with me. And she doesn't want to do that.

Mom just checked her jersey and I didn't wreck it. So, She folded it up and put it in a drawer to keep it safe from my next night of mischief.

Hi Kitcat!! *waves paw frantically and flaps wings* My mommy was just thinking of you yesterday and looked up your video on youtube where you and Squirrel get your new climbing tree! I bet that is an old one. I can't believe you are all grown up now. Sounds like you might be still full of beans though! ;~)

Hi Sally! Hi Emily Felicity!
It was super fun to climb all the clothes in the closet.
I am pretty grown up as I am almost 3 and weigh much more than Squirrel now. I used to be almost all light coloured, but have darkened and fattened up. We are both very good girls. Just once in a while one of us, usually me, takes a notion to get into some mischief. We all get along very well - us kitties, Mom and the dog. We feel very blessed. Mom often pets us and says she doesn't know what she would do without us. I don't have a clue how she would be able to go to the bathroom without me. I'm always there to keep her company. Even when she goes in the middle of the night, I wake up and keep her company. When she takes a bath, I am always there, just under her foot as she steps out.
