Joseph Aaron Segal might not be a household name just yet, but feline fashionistas will rejoice when they recognize the Pretty Snake designer competing on Season 11 of Project Runway, which premiered on Lifetime last night.

The 30-year-old Rhode Island-based designer got on the show primarily for his non-cat related fashions, but his crazy cat sweaters are instantly recognizable, and we have our paws crossed that some of his feline fashion sense finds its way into the competition.

In the days leading up to the premiere, the Pretty Snake shop was stocked with new styles of kitty sweaters, leggings, T-shirts, and accessories, which will probably be worth a lot of kitty glitter once he woos judges like Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn. Segal also recently announced the creation of his new interactive website, where you can get the scoop on Pretty Snake and his World of JAS line.

Check out Joe's profile on the Lifetime website for videos and pics of the emerging designer, and be sure to tune in and root for him when Project Runway airs Thursday nights at 8/9c on Lifetime.
