Sometimes different cats have certain strong scents that drive them nuts, similar to the usual response to catnip. It's hard to say which ingredient is particularly attracting her to these patches but if it has pain-relievers and menthol she should not be licking the residue and licking plastic wrappers is a bad habit that should be discouraged as it can lead to swallowing plastic wrappers and risking intestinal blockage which means emergency invasive surgery! Be very careful when you use these patches and quickly dispose of the wrapper in a garbage can that she can't get to. Also be sure to dispose of the used patches securely. It would be a major cause for concern if she managed to lick or eat an actual pain-relieving patch.
