Is this a kitty you found on the street and took in or is it your own cat? If this is your cat, he's waaay past due for a serious vet visit. If you took him in, it's just as important that you get him to the vet. Older male cats often have urinary issues, but it can be controlled with the right food, vet supervision and meds. Any time there is enough blood in the urine that you notice it, something serious is going on.
