Should I feed my 1yr old cat kitten food?

My cat, Feona, is 1yrs old and was the runt of the litter. She's still pretty small and has problems keeping weight on her. She isn't as thick as her brothers and sometimes I'm worried she's not getting enough nutrients. Would kitten food give her the extra oomf she needs?

She's a year old now, really she's an adult. She needs to be on high quality adult cat food. Meat should always be the first ingredient. Stay away from by-products & junk like that. Here's a great article about what types of cat food to feed your cat. www.examiner.com
