Pregnant or just fat..?

Hello, My cat's stomach is kinda big, and I won't be going to the vet anytime soon..how can i tell if she is pregnant or not?

A cat's pregnancy is only 9 weeks. If she is pregnant, towards the end her nipples will start looking bigger. Plus her belly will keep growing. During the last week of the pregnancy you might even be able to feel or see the babies moving.

However, there are other things that can cause a bloated belly. For instance, worms and parasites can cause bloating. These typically also cause diarrhea, but sometimes pregnancy does too. Both of these can cause an increase in appetite.

However, if you see any worms in her feces or she has diarrhea that looks frothy, those are much more likely to be from worms or parasites like giardia. These require vet medications and probably a fecal exam (which isn't terribly expensive).
