Need new home for cat. He is neutered & declawed but can not stay in the house because he pees on everything. Help.

There is a litter that is called, CAT ATTRACT, AS IT WORKS.. Wonders, I have a cat female as she had issues big time. I found her at the Humane Society. This worked and she is still useing it with out any problem.
Mine also had a problem with crystals in her urine and this did cause her to pee in places that did not belong. Changed food too.
