Can't bring Your self to lie beg or cheat a vet into saving your cats life? I guess you'll eat though. Or have that drink. Or your drug of choice. No loss of needed words there.

Contact your local animal shelter to see if they offer any low-cost/no-cost vet services or can refer you to a clinic that can help you. Your kitty sounds like he's in bad shape and needs help asap.
