She has been bleeding from her right eye and her nose for about two days now. At first when we brought he in, she was outside for about a week as she ran away, and it is extremely cold, she would just sneeze this horrible snot everywhere. And she could barely breathe. Now it's turned to blood. She is moving around more, and interacting with us, but she won't let us clean the blood. What should we do?

Take her to the VET! There is nothing normal about a sinus infection causing bleeding from the nose and it is absolutely NOT ok to be bleeding from her eye. And even if it was only a sinus infection without the bleeding she would still need antibiotics to cure it.

Tabby (Adopted)

Since she ran away and was outside for week she could have been injured and may have broken bones in her nose/face. She needs to see a vet ASAP to confirm what's wrong and get some treatment.
