My cat has quit eating and I have been giving him water with a dropper. He has been limping and has an injury on his paw

He ran off for 2 days while I was out of town and my grandmother was taking care of him at my house. The injury is leaking light pink fluid looks like blood but has an odor. I am taking him to the vet tomorrow. He is also sleeping all day and night not to mention he is limping
