Your cat can get pregnant again as soon as two weeks after giving birth, whether or not she is nursing. It is recommend to wait until roughly four weeks AFTER the kittens are weaned to have her spayed. Kittens will be weaned during week five or six of life. Until then, keep her confined if possible to avoid another pregnancy.
