My cat has fluid on her abdomen, we have done blood test, FIP test, Urine test, X-rays, and we have found nothing.

The only two things we have found is that she has hipo thyroid, and that her protein levels are a little low. Does anyone know what she could be suffering from. I am really sad, since the vet wats to do an ultra sound and I can't afford it.
