My black cat's eyes seem to always be dilated and he definitely doesn't have vision problems. What could this be?

His pupils should be larger in the dark and squinty in light. Usually, you will probably view him in a lit room or when the sun is shining, and that would cause his pupils to contract. If you see him in the dark, take a look at his glowing irises and surrounding thyem, there should be a rounder pupil. Have a pawsome holiday! ^_^
