Kitten deworming help

My kitten has been dewormed twice. The vet gave her a small amount of (some banana flavored) liquid about 1 1/2-2 weeks apart. We've been letting her hang out with our older cat and our 1 year old dog. However last night we noticed a very small worm (we think) near her anus. It was probably 4-5 mm long and white. My husband said he saw it move.
Anyone know what type of worm this is?
Can our kitten be dewormed again even though it has only been about 1 1/2-2 weeks since the last deworming?
Could our dog thats been licking the kitten (alll over, including her rear) have caught worms too?

Thank you!!

Yes your dog could have caught the worms too and ever the older cat if (he/she ) has been grooming her too !!! You are going to have to tgake all to the vet , remember the stool sample too for each , to get dewormed . All animals get worms and there are different kinds , only the vet would be able to tell you what kind it is by the test that is given.
